La Lionne has partnered with a leading rug manufacturer in India, our state of the art facility can meet your every manufacturing need. The family business has been operating for the last 3 generations and has pioneered the ability to bring bespoke back to an individual customer level.
Dyeing Centre
Our colour dyeing centre is a testament to quality, with a capacity to dye over 3000 kilos of yarn in a single batch, this allows for colour continuity to any large project. We are able to colour match to not only our in house spectrum colour box, but also colour match to design industry colour systems, such as RAL and Pantone.
Weaving Center
With an in house manufacturing setup, a dedicated weaving centre and expansive finishing centre, our manufacturing plant is able to produce to large volumes, whilst keeping quality high and meeting the time frames required for your business.
Finishing Center
Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Rug Addict. Our dedicated team of 8 members meticulously inspects each rug, with a capacity to check 200 rugs a day. This ensures that every product that bears our name meets the highest standards of excellence.

At the heart of our operations, our dedicated project manager carefully monitors the progress of each order, ensuring that production timelines are adhered to and delivery deadlines are met.
