Sampling

At La Lionne, we know just how important colour is – and we take the time to get it right.

For us, every relationship begins with that first small swatch sample. We treat each sample with the same attention to detail and high-quality standards as we do for our bespoke rugs, because we know that getting the colour and texture just right is crucial.

Sampling is the first chance our clients get to see and feel what their rug will actually look like. For larger bespoke projects or when working with interior designers, clients often want to see how their ideas come to life in the form of an actual rug. It’s an important part of the process, it allows for discussion and adjustments to ensure the design is absolutely perfect for the space.

This is where you can experiment with your designs, while our experience helps guide you towards the best quality and materials for your specific vision.

We offer free individual colour pom-pom samples of all the colours chosen. These can be sent directly to you, wherever you are in the world, so you can make sure everything is just as you imagined.

Industry Standard Colours

We can match a wide range of industry standard colour systems, including Pantone and RAL, and we’re also happy to match physical samples like wallpaper or fabric swatches.

The La Lionne Pom Box

For trade customers or anyone working on larger projects, we offer our signature colour box containing 480 colours. The colour poms are beautifully presented in a wooden box and priced at £500 + VAT.

Weave Samples

We encourage all our clients to feel the quality of our rugs firsthand, which is why we offer complimentary standard-size weave samples of all our weaves. Trade clients can also request our full weave selection to add to their sample library.
